The Big Mouth Girl Podcast series was a project envisioned more than 10 years ago. I even got one full episode together, but then life happened and the amount of time I could devote to developing the work changed. But it has remained something I hoped to do….eventually.
This time around, it won’t be just me. So once we get the ball fully rolling I will reissue that first episode in it’s entirety which featured the amazing composer & erhu player, Yang Ying. In the meantime, I put together a video teaser of that first episode back then. Really I was just practicing video editing, so I found clips and still images and came up with a retroactive visual to align with the audio from that first episode.
My apologies that it is not properly closed captioned. I intend to make all episodes available in transcript. So when we publish again, the full interview will be available in transcript and I can update this video with corrected CC then.
